Who is PONTiS?

PONTiS is the equipping ministry of R. Leck Heflin. Leck served from 1976 to the mid 1990s in pastoral ministry, at which time he was led to begin bringing biblical principles to the business and governmental communities. He lives in Azle, Texas, with his wife, Cynthia. They have three adult children. He has been in municipal government since 1993. From May 1999 to May 2003, he served his city as Mayor and was chosen Chairman of the Tarrant County Mayors’ Council involving 39 municipalities. In addition, he served on the executive committee of the Texas Westplex Alliance of Communities and the governance committee of the Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition.

Byron Easterling, his wife, Crystal, and their daughter, Katie, live just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. Byron has extensive experience in helping people discover their divine destiny. He is a prophetic voice to pastors, as well as governmental and business leaders in the United States and abroad.

Dennis Peacocke has carried a concern for social justice for over 35 years. Dennis is the founder and president of Strategic Christian Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to demonstrating the relevance of the Kingdom of God in all spheres of life. He has authored two books: Winning the Battle for the Minds of Men, re-published in 2002, and Doing Business God's Way, published in 1994. Dennis, and his wife Jan, reside in Santa Rosa, California. They have three adult children and three grandchildren.
