We heartily recommend the ministries of these partners and friends in the work here:
- BHH, Inc. – The ministry of Byron Easterling who is just as much a part of this work as we are. Byron provides counsel, encouragement, prophetic insight, helps raise funds, and helps to build critical connections and to catalyze relationships that are crucial to the success of the work here and the fulfillment of the vision. Gifts to Byron’s ministry are greatly appreciated by us all.
- Dennis Peacocke and Strategic Christian Services have had an immeasurable impact on the life of Leck Heflin and continue to provide counsel and training in the principles of how the Kingdom of God can bring its lifting influence to the world around us to bring individuals, families, and entire cultures into their God ordained destinies. If not for Dennis Peacocke, Leck would not have received the training and inspiration needed to see that God had gifted and called him to such a task as this.
- Mundo de Fe Managua, is the first church to open its doors to Byron’s vision and is a key relationship in our ongoing work here. Pastors Gerardo Ampie and Alberto Benavente are our dear friends and co-laborers. Their oversight pastors Ralph and Donna Holland of Dallas have a broad international ministry to the evangelical church in Latin America.
- Ministerios Verbo, and particularly Bob Trolese who, with his wife Myra, has been ministering continually in Nicaragua through wars, hurricanes, and political upheaval since 1979. Leck and Cynthia have been graciously received as part of the Verbo family and we are ever grateful for Bob’s counsel and friendship.
- Frank Vallejo and his family care for about 90 men and several women in what they originally established as an alcohol and drug rehab ministry but it now has a broader life re-building ministry called Peniel near La Conquista, Carazo, Nicaragua. Frank is one of our key advisors and friends here. We contributed to the expansion of the Peniel farming operation as part of our prototype projects which tested our economic model. We lean on Frank in a million ways and love and admire him deeply.
- Pastor Santos Lopez and his wife Marta Lijia are dear friends and oversee a very strong church in Leon. Brother Santos is a key advisor and has overseen a very successful prototype plantain farm on his church property in Leon.
